ROLLEE – Return & Shipping Policy

At ROLLEE, we are committed to delivering your electric massage roller safely and ensuring that it arrives in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Shipping

Dispatch & Lead Times

All in-stock ROLLEE massage rollers are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, or unforeseen events such as weather or public holidays.

Delivery Method & Access

Deliveries are kerbside only (ground-level). Drivers are not required to move products into your home or property.

Customers must be available to receive deliveries. If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, additional fees may apply.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

Please monitor tracking and contact us promptly if you notice issues or delays.

Stock Availability

While we aim to keep stock accurate, occasionally our massage roller may sell out before the website updates. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide options for either a refund or a delayed dispatch.

Damaged in Transit

If your massage roller arrives damaged, please photograph the product and packaging immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement is sent if required.

2. Returns

Faulty Products & Warranty Claims

ROLLEE does not accept returns for change of mind.

If your massage roller is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees, we will provide an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including repair, replacement, or refund.

You will be asked to provide photos, videos, a description of the issue, or proof of purchase.

Reasonable return shipping costs for warranty or ACL claims will be covered by ROLLEE.

If the product issue is not a fault, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

The ROLLEE massage roller comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Pre-Orders & On-Orders

Pre-orders and on-orders are excluded from returns unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays outside our control.
